Refund Policy & Procedures

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be given for:

a) Software when returned within 30 days of the purchase date;
b) All Events (unless otherwise specified) when requested before 7 days of the Event Date;
c) All Webinar ‘Key Series’(i.e. the DividendKey or TradingKey) when returned within 30 days of the purchase date or 1 day after the first scheduled online session – whichever comes first;
d) SharesBulletin when requested within 7 days of the Order Date;

and in accordance with our Refund Procedures set out below. If a Product is sold as part of a discounted bundle the refund will be prorated to reflect the discounting.

No refunds will be given for:

a) Data service renewal fees; or
b) Any other Product not otherwise specified above
